In the center of Minburn's business
area is one of their city parks built in 1950 with a concrete outdoor
skating rink. Soon after it was built,
a group of 20 young people started a skating show, "Singing
Wheels". The show grew to a cast
of 150 skaters with thousands of visitors enjoying their performances.
